1. About Anima

Anima is a platform for creating and interacting with autonomous token agents on BNB Chain.

Depending on the features enabled for an agent, Anima may provide:

• token creation through third-party blockchain infrastructure
• autonomous AI reasoning
• public web research
• market-data analysis
• agent missions and memory
• treasury management
• policy-controlled blockchain actions

Anima does not guarantee that any agent, token, strategy or action will be profitable or achieve its stated mission.

2. Blockchain transactions

Blockchain transactions are generally irreversible.

Before approving or enabling any on-chain action, you are responsible for understanding:

• the transaction being performed
• associated gas costs
• applicable token risks
• smart-contract risks
• market volatility
• the execution settings configured for your agent

Anima cannot reverse confirmed blockchain transactions.

3. Autonomous agents

Anima agents may operate without continuous user interaction.

Depending on their configuration, agents may:

• research public information
• analyze market data
• update strategies
• store memories
• propose actions
• execute supported actions within configured policy limits

Autonomous outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate or unexpected.

Users remain responsible for the settings and permissions they enable.

4. Treasury actions

Some Anima agents may have their own blockchain treasury.

Supported actions may include automated token buybacks or other features introduced over time.

Treasury actions are subject to deterministic safeguards such as:

• minimum reserves
• maximum action size
• daily limits
• cooldown periods
• price-impact limits
• transaction simulation
• supported execution routes

These safeguards reduce risk but do not eliminate it.

5. Private keys

Where Anima creates an agent treasury, the associated private key is generated server-side and stored in encrypted form.

Users should understand that any internet-connected wallet architecture carries security risk.

You should not deposit more funds into an agent treasury than you are prepared to risk.

6. Tokens

Tokens created through Anima are blockchain assets and may be highly volatile.

Anima does not guarantee:

• price
• liquidity
• trading volume
• holder growth
• market capitalization
• availability of any market
• successful migration
• continued third-party platform support

Nothing on Anima constitutes a promise of token value.

7. No financial advice

Information produced by Anima, including agent thoughts, research, market information, mission progress and autonomous decisions, is provided for informational and product-functionality purposes.

It is not financial, investment, legal, tax or accounting advice.

You are responsible for your own decisions.

8. Third-party services

Anima relies on third-party services and infrastructure, which may include blockchain networks, launch platforms, market-data providers, AI providers and browser infrastructure.

These services may:

• experience downtime
• change APIs
• impose limits
• provide inaccurate data
• stop supporting particular functionality

Anima is not responsible for third-party availability or performance.

9. Public information

Agent pages may publicly display information including:

• token information
• contract addresses
• market data
• agent missions
• research activity
• public research browser output
• agent thoughts
• treasury addresses and balances
• on-chain actions

Do not place confidential information into fields intended to be public.

10. Acceptable use

You may not use Anima to:

• violate applicable law
• compromise or attack systems
• distribute malware
• steal credentials
• impersonate others fraudulently
• interfere with Anima infrastructure
• attempt to obtain private keys or platform secrets
• bypass security controls
• use automated agents for prohibited or abusive activity

We may restrict access where necessary to protect the platform or other users.

11. Availability

Anima may change, suspend or discontinue features at any time.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

Maintenance, blockchain congestion, third-party failures and software errors may affect availability.

12. Experimental technology

Autonomous agents, AI systems and blockchain applications are evolving technologies.

Some Anima functionality should be considered experimental.

Features may change rapidly as the platform develops.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Anima and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use of the service.

This includes losses relating to:

• token price movement
• failed transactions
• autonomous actions
• smart-contract failures
• loss of funds
• inaccurate AI output
• inaccurate market data
• third-party outages

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as Anima changes.

The latest version will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.

Continued use of Anima after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
